Doug Dillon
Doug Dillon got his start in broadcasting at Bethany College in 1987. He has been on here in Bluefield since 1994. Doug has served in many roles here: Operations Manager, Program Director of Kicks Country, Cool-FM, WHIS and The Eagle. He is currently on The Kicks Country Morning Show with his co-host Lori Charles. Doug is a five time winner of the West Virginia Broadcasters Association’s “Best Morning Show” Award.


Lori Charles
Lori has worked in radio for 23 years. She says, “I love my job but my most important job is taking care of my family. I have been married to my husband, Chris, for 17 years and we have two children. My daughter, Julia is 13 and my son, Max is 10. When I’m not at work or home with my family you will most likely find me at the gym. I’m an avid runner and weight lifter.”
